緑色の野菜
昼ごはんのおかずに小さい緑色の野菜が入っていた。それと卵をともに炒めたのがおかず。今まで食べたことがないその野菜の食感に驚いた。野菜と思えない、というか野菜で体験したことがないくらいふわふわなのだ。しかもぷるぷる。タイ人に野菜の名前を聞いたけどはっきりと聞き取れなかった。タイ滞在5ヶ月目にしてこの野菜と出会えた事をうれしく思った。
シャキシャキ、カリカリ、ザクザクのどれでもない、ぷるぷるふわふわ。癖になりそう。
過去を恥じること
自分の過去を恥じるとき否定するときは、それだけ自分が成長したり、ときにはダメになったりしたときだ。最近oganeは半年前の事を恥ずかしいと思っています。タイに来てから人の振りを見たせいだと思います。我が身が直っているかどうかはまだわかりません。日本にいるころは馬鹿なことをいつも言ってみんなに迷惑をかけたと反省する今日この頃です。
タイ人のちんこ
昨日の話だけど帰りのバスの中からタイ人のちんこを見た。ちんこが見えた、というのが正しいのかな。それが視界に入ってきた瞬間は見えた、だけど認識した瞬間には見た、っていうのが正しいな。まあそんな見解はどうでもいいとして、ちんこを晒していたのは立ち小便中のおじさんでした。ここで言いたいのは、なんで道路に向けて小便するのかということ。ちんこ、って言いたいだけじゃないよ。
ミマシュー
って今、長岡の美松のシュークリーム39円セールやってる。日本に帰るのはちょうどセールが終わるころだが、食べたい。一年に一度は食べたい。
ていうか前回ミマシューをセールの時に食べてから一年も経ったのか。時間を過ぎるのを早く感じても、当時のことをくわしく覚えているわけではない。あれから何が変わったかなあ。自分がばかだということに気がついただけ進歩したはずだ。ミマシューで一年を振り返る。
シュークリームは、日本にいる人に頼んでセール最終日に買い置きしておいてもらうことに今決めた。セールのを食べることに意義があるのだ。
