Nov 23, 2004 [去年の今ごろ]

　日中は久々に晴れていたけど、外に出て呼吸をすると鼻の内側が冷えて痛む。そんな季節がもうやってきたのね。

　昨年の今ごろは海外に避難していたからおよそ2年ぶりの本格的な冬をこれから体験することになる。無事越すことができるだろうか。

－より。次の警戒期間更新は12月上旬になる予感。気象庁は何を根拠に予測しているのかを公表してわかりやすく解説しないと、被災地住民の不安を煽るばかり、気象庁へのいらいらが募るばかりだと思うた。

　よくみたらそういった情報はすでに公開されていました。
