早め早めで

　震災の影響で高専の学生が大学にいらしてることもあり構内の駐車場が割と早い時間にいっぱいになってしまう。そのため今日は早め(いつもより)に大学に着いて駐車スペースを確保。おかげで講義もしっかり受けることができた。しかもその講義は来週が期末試験だという情報もゲット。早起きは三文の徳とはよくいったもので。

Vodafone 702NK が発売

　発売されたのは関東エリアのお話。2ちゃんねるのスレッド( Vodafone 702NK (Nokia6630) vol.9 http://hobby6.2ch.net/test/read.cgi/phs/1102417669/ )には発売に興奮する声が多く書き込まれていた。今夜が祭になるか通夜になるかは Vodafone の端末の仕様次第。機能にいろいろと制限が加えられていなければよいのだけれど。

Vodafone 702NK が発売…から数時間が経って

　2ちゃんねるには、先陣を切ってこの端末を購入した人のレビューが書き連ねられていた。その話題の中心はいわゆる超勝手アプリ(Symbian OS 上でネイティブで動作する、主に個人製作のアプリケーション)が が動作するのか、つまり Vodafone によってアプリケーションの動作制限がかけられていないかということだった。

　正式発売後まだ数時間しか経っていないが当該スレッドに暗雲が立ち込めてきた。Vodafone が制限をかけた可能性が高くなってきたからだった。いわゆる超勝手アプリを使いたいのであれば Nokia 純正の 6630 を買う必要があるのかもしれない。釣りが釣りを呼ぶスレッドでのお話。

携帯電話屋に行ってみた

　携帯電話屋に行ってVodafone の NOKIA 携帯があるかしらとたずねると発売日もまだ未定だと言われた。テレビでさんざん Vodafone 3G のCMを放映しているのに 3G 端末はまだ一つも発売されていない(長岡では)というていたらく。

　上のリンクによれば関東で8日から発売、新潟はどうやら順次に含まれているらしい。

　ところで携帯電話屋では店員さんが 702NK のモックアップを店の中から出してきて見せてくれた。ボタン配置が日本の 3G 端末のものと異なる印象を受けた。GSM 市場がメインのターゲットであれば当然かしら。日本でこの機種をメインとして購入するのはよほどの Vodafone ユーザだと、モックに触ったときに思った。

食事すら冒険


　バスで会社に行こうとしたら、会社の人が自分の車で送ってやると電話で言ってきたので甘えた。そんな風にきょうは朝から特別だった。午前中に日本から先生が視察にやってきた。がちがちに緊張しながらもなんとかやりすごせた。安心するまもなくお昼ご飯時にまた出来事が。会社の廊下を歩いていたらOLさんに呼び止められてそのまま一緒にお部屋に入り、談笑してた。年上さんの魅力にドキドキ。それは干支が一緒かもしれないというドキドキでもある。それがほんとだったら、ドキドキはやめようかと思う。
　会社にはそんなことばかりをしに行っているわけではない。しかし実際きょう憶えているのがこんなことばかりだっただけ。会社が終わってから部署の人にイサーン料理を食べに連れて行ってもらった。けっこう生系が多いチャレンジディナーだった。でもこれがビールに合うのでした。
