午後起床

　早朝に寝て午後に起床するという生活が続いている。

　明日からはまともに暮らすかな。

　バレンタイン前日だけど駆け込みで買いに来る客はいない。そもそも大雪で客が少ない。

　帰る頃にもしんしんと降り続いていた雪。木々にも積もってしなってた。

now_listening プラグインを導入してみた。

Piece of a Puzzle - Weblog - now_listening plugin の now_listening プラグインを導入してみました。サイドバーにある「Now Playing」というのがそれです。

Winamp の Do Something プラグイン

　now_listening プラグインは Winamp の Do Something プラグインが出力したテキストを元に曲情報を表示しています。ところがこの Do Something プラグインは私が使っている Winamp 5.04 上では、曲と Winamp本体の停止情報を検出しないので(不具合らしい)、Blosxom 上で「Now Playing」と「Last Played」の表示を切り替えることができません。

代わりに Now Playing プラグインを使う

　これを解決するために代替となるプラグインを探したところNow Playing - WinAmp 5 Plug-inというものがありました。使い方は Do Something プラグインと大きく変わりません。まずプラグインの設定画面で FTP の設定を行います。注意するのは標準で出力されるデータがHTMLになっているので、Html Settings の Use Template にチェックを入れておくことです。あとは General Options で Enable にしてプラグインを動作させます。

　ちなみに Blosxom の now_listening 向けの template は、

のようになります。

Now Playing プラグインの問題

　うちの環境では、mp3のID3タグはシフトJISで記録されています。しかしこのサイトで使う文字こーどははEUCで統一しているのでどちらかを変換してもう片方にあわせてあげなくてはなりません。ID3タグの文字コードすべてを変換するのは億劫なのでサーバ側のスクリプトで変換することにしました。

　んでjcode.plを使って変換し文字化け表示を回避することができたのですが、日本語のアーティスト名/曲名を見て新たな問題に気づきました。それぞれの情報が 

artist=アーティスト名
title=曲名

として送信されるところが、 

artist=アーティスト名|曲名
title=アーティスト名|曲名

という風になってしまうのです。これはおそらく Now Playing プラグインが日本語で記録されたID3タグををうまく解釈できず、区切りを発見することができなかったために起こった現象でしょう。Do Something プラグインに戻したら解消されました。

簡易表示用の flavour の作成。

　携帯端末(iモード、ezweb 等)向けの簡易表示用 flavour を作成しようと思った。ここでいう簡易表示とは、

  1. ページコンテンツの容量を抑える。必要に応じて省略を行う。
  2. 画像は極力用いない。

というものである。加えて、汎用性に影響が出ない範囲で携帯端末向けの拡張(アクセスキーの設定など)を行う。1.を実現するためには、1ページに表示するエントリ数を少なくするという方法があるが Blosxom 単体ではその表示件数は変更することができないので hail2u.net の hail2u.net - Weblog - あるflavourだけ$num_entriesの数を変える にある方法を利用する。エントリの省略表示には foreshortend プラグインによって出力された結果を利用する。

　続きはまたこんど考えよう。

　また寒波がやって来たとかで、しんしんと雪が降る。

　振込みのために郵便局に行くにも一苦労だ。

　店の前で傘を盗まれたという酔っ払いがしばらくグチをこぼして行った。店員はそこまで見てません。

　今日は非番のバイトの子(お花畑系)が肉まんを買いに来たときに見せた笑顔で救われたのだ。

　23時ごろ、コタツでうとうとしていたら突然電話がかかってきて「あんた今日夜勤よ」と。夜勤は金曜日だとばかり思ってた。

おちまさとプロデュースの携帯ブランド

　おちまさとプロデュースの携帯ブランド「D@-MO (ダットエムオー)」のプロジェクトが開始され、2月11日からP901iをベースにしたオリジナルの端末が発売されるそう。→ ドコモ、おちまさとプロデュースの携帯ブランド始動

　この記事の中の、オリジナルの端末というのが気になった。オリジナルの端末にはメインディスプレイの下にブランドのロゴが入り、カスタムジャケットが付属する。購入者のみダウンロードすることができる待ち受け画面もあるようだ。

　こんなものが売れるのか、というのがここで最大の関心事だ。

　この端末に魅力を感じる人というのは、(1)おしゃれ好き、(2)おちまさと好き、(3)個性派である。しかし端末の価格が通常の P901i より高くなるとしたら(1)と(3)の人は通常版を買うんじゃないかと思う。上の記事によれば、

ダットエムオーのロゴ入り「P901i」は、専用サイトからドコモ運営の「ドコモ eサイト」上で新規契約時のみ購入可能で、インセンティブがつかない価格で販売される。

　とのこと。インセンティブがつかない価格というのは日本では例が少ないため想像し難いが、海外のハイエンド端末を参考にすれば700$〜800$程度、つまり8万円程度で販売されるのかもしれない。どれだけ売れるか。

ナンバーポータビリティサービス開始待ち。

DoCoMo の魅力

　FOMA がローエンドな普及機を投入したりmova でもデザインと実用性を兼ねた(ここ重要) premini-II や prosolid などを投入して、私の中で急速に魅力を増しつつある DoCoMo。au には真似のできない堅実なデザインの機種が新たに発表される度にキャリア変えを考えてしまう。

　そんな状況で au を見捨てずに使いつづけるのには理由がある。

  1. 自動時刻補正機能がある
  2. まだまだ通話は快適
  3. 電話番号が変わるのが嫌。

　このくらい。とくに3.が気になるから、キャリア変えをするのであればナンバーポータビリティサービスが開始される来年まで待つつもりでいる。

4月の機種変。

　4月にめでたく以前の機種変更から13ヶ月目に突入し、真っ当な値段で機種変更できるようになる。機種変更の失敗は、ほぼ1年間の後悔を意味するので慎重に行う必要がある。

　あと1年は学生を続ける予定なので割引率の高いガク割を継続する。そのため cdma WIN はパス。すると既に円熟期に入った(ハズの) cdma1x 機から選ぶ。候補を挙げれば、

  • A5406CA
  • A1404S

　320万画素をとるか、慣れたソニーのインタフェース(ラジオつき)をとるか。A5406CA はそろそろ在庫が切れる店が出てきているという情報もある(長岡ジャスコの携帯売り場では2005/2/8時点で残り2台だった)ので心配だ。
