| ｍｅｍｏ いかにもカリプソらしい陽気な曲です。 カリプソっていうとこんな感じの曲ばかりに思われているのですが、ベラフォンテのアルバムを聴いていると、こうした底抜けに明るい曲と言うのは案外少なくて、むしろスロー・バラードのシンミリした曲が多いのです。 なお、１９５７年の録音には、曲の終わりのリフレインがもっと長く続く、ロング・バージョンがあります。 |
